Sako Riihimaki in 222.24″barrel. Very good bore.Outer barrel shows slight tool marks and slight blue wear. Front sling swivel relocated. Shows some handling marks. Overall good to very good condition.Custom made blondish stock, with nice cut checkering, sling swivels and hard Sako buttplate.
SAKO “RIIHIMAKI”, 222 REMINGTON bolt action rifle. Many people consider the “RIIHIMAKI” the best 222 rifle ever made.The clip is original SAKO manufacture. This little gem is built on a miniature Mauser type action.

Sako 98 Hi Power FN Mauser in 30-06. Very good bore. Comes with complete side mount. D&T for weaver type bases. Shows some handling marks and minor blue wear. Overall very good condition.
SAKO purchased Mauser actions from FN on which they built their longer chamberings. The FN-actioned SAKO’s had a heavier barrel contour and were very similar to the rifles that FN itself marketed, as well as to the Browning Safari. The M98 SAKO was sold in the US as SAKO Hi-Power in .270 and .30-06 caliber. It was marketed as SAKO Magnum Mauser in .300 H&H and .375 H&H. The barrel, adjustable trigger and stock were all made by SAKO. The earlier models had the usual M98 safety but later it was sold with a sliding safety on the right side. The one which I have has the usual M98 safety. The floor plate is hinged and opens by a release button on the trigger guard. This is a great well balanced rifle and handles beautifully.

Included with the revolver is 10 pieces of new brass (32-20 trimmed to 27mm) and 25 cast bullets. I reload for my French 1892s so reloading supplies can always be bought from me.
