Details:

This is rare Riffle and giving it very cheap and i can bet that the last time we have seen a riffle of this is about 20years ago and this particular configuration was manufactured in a limited run of only 175 rifles. These rifles were only available via special order to members of the Sako Collectors Association. Manufactured in 1982 this was the last time that the Finnwolf was available on the US market.
This rifle is AS NEW UNFIRED with the original box, all the paperwork, special option Lyman diopter rear sight, ramped & hooded front sight and the original shipping carton! This is as about as complete as it comes for a gun of this age. This riffle has only been fire in less than 50 times and has a slight mark on the wood.

Sako Finnwolf was designed to be a direct competitor to Winchester’s Model 88 during the 1960’s and 1970’s. Due to being produced in very small quantities and costing more than the Winchester Model 88 at the time of it’s introduction the Finnwolf’s existence is often over-shadowed. Chambered in either .308 Win. or .243 Win the Finnwolf was the ideal brush gun for most deer hunters of North America. The rotating breech bolt combined the accuracy of a bolt-action with the speed of a lever-action. The action of these rifles is known for being exceptionally smooth and precisely fit, resulting is a very pleasant operation of the rifle.
